My fiance was eagerly waiting for 19th of Nov. She has requested me to write about a dummy date we did on 19th as she wanted to test my level of imagination. But then imagination is any day an imagination and can't compete with reality. So, I thought why not go for a real date with her. I was figuring out a strategy how to do it and then I heard a great news. Her parents are planning to go to Chandigarh leaving her and her sister on 18th at home.
Thinking convincing her sister won't be a challenge, I applied for an leave on 18th off from my office and asked my friend to give me his car for a day. She had no idea this is happening. I wanted to make it a very special day for her. I have flirted a lot in my life but never had felt for someone this close. I have always been attracted by glamour but she was the first girl who made me fall for her with her simplicity. She is great in everything but still down to earth and yet so interesting. She made me realize that life can be made beautiful by gets happiness from small things in life.
On 17th eve, lots of ideas were going through in my mind what to gift her. She is so sweet and simple that typical girly gifts won't work for her. While thinking, I took a paper and pencil near my desk and started drawing her long beautiful shiny hair. The day I have met her for the first time, her beautiful hairs have stuck in my mind. I went so deep in my thoughts imagining her face that end up drawing her complete face on paper. I thought why not give this as a gift to her. But then I thought it might just look stupid and dropped the idea.
I bought some chocolates, a red rose and a small greeting with a self written poem about my feelings for her. I was driving mid-way when I got a message from her sister that even she is with her parents.and my fiance is all alone. I got so happy that I can't even express it in words. I was in cloud 9. I reached her home and gave her a call that I want to meet u now She started her usual story that this is not going to happen. I parallelly rang her house's doorbell, She opened the door and then she saw me. The expression on her face was so mind-blowing that it can' be expressed in words.
She was like how did this happen. She got so worried that if her parents will come to know, it is going to be a nightmare for her. I asked her to relax, take a deep breath and get back to senses. I gave her the gifts and asked her if she liked my surprise. She told me deep down how much she was eager to meet me and her eyes got all watery. I can't even tell how I was feeling when I saw that face of her. All my deep down emotions just came out and I was like yes I have got the girl of my dreams.
We went out for a lunch did some chit-chat and then it was my time to leave.I didn't want to but had no options. Her parents were about to reach. So I dropped her at her home and gave her a parting flying kiss. I have heard God makes special days for each individual and this had been the most special day I ever had in my life. The whole way I was just thinking about that face and how special I am to have such a girl in my life.
6th Feb we are getting married. We have lot of dreams and lot of plans post marriage. Eagerly waiting for that day!!!!
